How do Girl Guides of Canada members book Camp Selhowtkan?
For Girl Guide members to request a booking date, please use our online booking form. For public bookings please email tnacampsite@gmail.com.
What is the cost to book the site?
The cost is $15 per person, per night. There is a $50 deposit required upon booking for guiding groups, and a $200 deposit for non-guiding bookings.
How do I get there?
Turn off Hwy #1 onto Squilax Bridge (approx. 65 kms east of Kamloops)
Turn left onto road to Adams Lake Park (3.9 kms from hwy turnoff)
Turn left, up dirt road before mill(13.9 kms from hwy turnoff)
Turn right off forestry road just before Adams Lake Provincial Parkroad (16.4 kms from hwy turnoff)
Access to Selhowtkan is on the left side at the yellow gate, the road is shared with Interfor Sawmill (16.6 kms from hwy turnoff)
How secure is a public booking?
Please note that if the camp is needed for Guiding purposes on the dates requested the booking can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the requested date
